Go north on Piermont Road into New York State. The road becomes Rt. 340. Continue north on Rt 340 to fork in road. At this fork bear to left (right will put you onto Rt 9W heading to NJ.) Take the first right onto Ferdon Ave. You'll go over a little bridge, through a traffic light. At this point the name of the road changes to Piermont Ave. Go around a curve and we are the fifth building on the left.
